A $Billion Global Laboratory and Chemical Supplier based in the US. The UK Site has 360 employees and distributes to over 12,000 customers Turning over £80 million per year.
· Completed Successful Restructure and Relocation of Business
· Created New Business Management System to complement new structure in accordance with ISO9001:2000
· Successfully integrated European and UK Quality Management Systems to one Certification Body including a new European Quality Manual
· Successfully completed Six Sigma Process Excellence Projects
· Developed KPI’s across the UK business.

2003 – 2005
Quality Manager
Luxury Shower and Spa Bath Manufacturer and part of the German Duscholux Group. The UK site employs 300 staff with a turnover of around £12 million
· Successfully created introduced and maintained Management System to ISO 9001-2000.
· Developed effective controls to measure internal and external performance to promote continuous improvement.
· Negotiated purchasing agreements with suppliers to recover defective material costs.
· Carried out analysis of warranty performance and agreed corrective/financial actions with customers.
· Managed team of 7 Technicians and Engineers
· Facilitated Disciplinary and Redundancy process.
2001 - 2003
Quality Manager
Part of the Worldwide group design and manufacture Safety Critical Steering systems for all the major Vehicle OEMs Employing approx 250 staff at their UK sites with a £20 million annual turnover.
· Responsible for developing and improving the Quality Management System in accordance with all major Automotive OEM.s including Ford,VAG,Jaguar,BMW Approvals included QS9000/VDA/ISO9001/TS16949
· Developing the Quality Management System and Customer KPI’s
· Promoting Best Practice and world class performance throughout the business
· Business wide Quality awareness training
· Managing a Quality department of 8 Engineers and Technicians
· Developing and Controlling Budget requirements
· Represented Business Interests on site at customer both in the UK and Europe
1996 – 2001
