Responsibilities and duties:
- Manage and train the quality department and various departmental auditing personnel

- Co-ordinate quality concerns of all customers and their contractors
- Visit the various sites experiencing quality concerns with a view to resolving those concerns

- Reduction in customer complaints from £1.8m in 2004 down to £300k in 2005. 280 customer complaints per month reduced to less than 15 per week by the introduction and training of basic quality tools, root cause analysis techniques and process improvements.
