SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

We are currently working with a world class 1st Tier Automotive supplier who are seeking to employ a " hands on " supply chain manager. The role reports directly to the plant manager who will agree & set certain improvement monitor KPI's and as such will expect delivery against these at 100%.

Ideally the candidate will have experience within the automotive industry either at a 1st Tier or OEM level in a similar role. The fast pace environment within the company is rewarded by an excellent package with a career expansion program second to none in the industry.

Experience of metal(s) in the automotive industy is advantagous but not essential. The candidate will be required to have excellent communication skills at all levels, with at least three years experience and educated to degree level, be computer literate and be able to work under pressure and on their own initiative to deliver their KPI's.

The candidate will be expected to be experienced in working alongside company procedures conforming to TS16949 / ISO14001 / ISO18001 & Q1 and as such contribute to their improvements with continuous improvement programs and efficiency improvement programs.
