SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

We are currently working with a world class 1st tier automotive who is looking to recruit a Supplier Quality Assurance Specialist who will report directly to the senior SQA engineer.

The ideal candidate required will have a minimum of several years experience of the following:

• Reviewing all bought out parts supply chain management systems and improving the supply chains PPM / DPM performance month on month.
• Manage all corrective actions drawn up between suppliers and plant in respect of conducting full system audits on identified suppliers.
• Support all new product introduction and instigate a full APQP system into the supply chain.
• Give recommendations and technical support to improve the quality & delivery to ensure a defect free process within the supply chain.
• Follow the APQP process, monitor & supply required reports on the supply chains performance against APQP guidelines set.
• Conduct supplier approval panel assessments in accordance to the commodity / process / technology responsibilities.

Qualifications Required:

• HNC / HND engineering or similar level equivalent qualification.
• Experience as an SQA in an automotive environment. 
• Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work within a matrixed organisation.
• Ideally fluent in English / German & French languages.
