QUALITY MANAGER

We are currently working with a major 1st Tier Automotive supplier who are seeking to employ a hands on Quality Manager. The role reports to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for managing a small dedicated team of Engineers & Inspectors.

Ideally you will come from an automotive background and will have excellent knowledge of Quality Processes, Policies and Procedures with particular emphasis on TS16949. A knowledge and understanding of ISO14001 would also prove benficial, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly self motivated, & have the ability work within a highly pressurised environment and have the desire to progress within this large 1st Tier organisation. Excellent customer, presentation, and interpersonnel skills are a pre requisite for this demanding role.

Successful candidates will be educated to Degree level and must be computer literate.
